Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be extended.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We offer shipping throughout Canada via standard courier services.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Local Pickup (Free)
Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at one of our three Wavefront Centre locations. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

When picking up your order, please bring:

Your Order/Invoice Number

One piece of government-issued ID
If someone else will pick up the order for you, please email devices@wavefrontcentre.ca with their full name and your order number.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

We are not liable for shipping delays once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:
